• 30 - 21 Days before Tour Start Date - 75% refund.
• 21-14 Days before Tour Start Date - 50% refund.
• 14- 7 Days before Tour Start Date - 25% refund.
• Within 7 days before Tour Start Date - No Refund.
• Please note: We charge 5% of the total amount of booking as our service fee in case of any cancellation over and above the above cancellation charges.

Notes on Transportation Used in Our Package.

Vehicles used are exclusively at the disposal of the guest for the entire tour for 12 Hours every day There is no change in the vehicle during the entire tour Our drivers are very well trained with the entire region and would ensure that they take the guest to all the places mentioned in the itinerary Maximum guests allowed in Innova is 6 including children above 4 years. If the no. of guest is more than 6 then they will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost If there are 5 or more guests then they are advised to travel with very minimum baggage in case if the number of baggage is more than normal then the guest will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost. In case the Guest is travelling with extra Bags they may have to take a extra car for the same at additional cost payable on spot.

Notes on Tempo Travellers

Tempo Travellers which are available in North East are not modified and are basic A/C vehicles that come directly from the dealer. It is noted that these vehicles may not be as well-equipped with Maharaja Seats, Individual AC, Arm Rest Etc as those found in other states like Rajasthan, Delhi, Kerala, etc. The A/c of the vehicle will not work on hills further the Ac are not as effective as a Sedan or Toyota Vehicle. Additionally, the average age of the vehicles is between 3 to 5 years, and they do not have roof carriers.In terms of luggage, due to space constraints, only one piece of luggage per person is allowed. If a guest is traveling with additional luggage, they may need to arrange for an extra vehicle on the spot at an additional cost. It’s important to highlight that once the tour begins, the vehicle will not be replaced for any reason.

Important Information about the Package:

We allot exclusive tour coordinator for the entire tour. The Guest may contact him / her over phone at any time in case of any emergency, changes in itinerary or any inconvenience which may have happened on account of hotels or transportation in case the guest requires a tour guide please let us know in advance. The same can be arranged at an extra cost Package can be extended on Pro-Rata basis All our packages are inclusive of Breakfast There will be no refund for any unutilized services.

For Guests travelling to Kaziranga National Park. 

Kaziranga National Park has 4 different ranges for safari. They are the Central or the Kohora Range, Western or the Bagori range, Eastern or the Agratoli range and the Burapahar or Ghorakati range. We provide 1 Elephant Safari and 1 Jeep Safari in all our packages. However, if the guest wishes to explore the other ranges also then the same can be arranged at an extra cost. Timings for Elephant Safari are mornings 5.15 AM to 6.15 AM and 6.15 AM to 7.15 AM. Timings for Jeep Safari are mornings 7.30 AM to 9.30 AM. Afternoon 2 PM to 4 PM.

Booking Terms

All Bookings will be processed and confirmed after we receive a written confirmation from you. In case the Hotels are not available as per your confirmation we will suggest you alternate options and confirm the same once approved by you. Please Note. There might be some changes in the total package cost if we make the alterations, and the same will be communicated to you before processing your booking.

Terms and Conditions

• The road conditions in the Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh are not very good especially in remote areas. Even in the other areas some maintenance work is likely at any time of the year.
• The weather in the North East is very unpredictable. It is important to carry rain gear while travelling. 
• For Photography/ Videography sometimes a certain amount of donation/community fees needs to be paid to the villagers. This amount is to be paid by the guest on direct basis.
• If inclement weather or other unforeseen events occur then mentioned sightseeing may change. 
• We may have to change the route of the itinerary or sightseeing even at the last moment if any obstacles such as road blockages, strikes etc. occur.
• All national parks/ Wildlife Sanctuary remain close for visitors from 1st May till 30th October as per forest department rules.
• Certain services like Elephant Ride in Wildlife Reserves / National Parks would be confirmed in advance but the final confirmation and go ahead is received from the forest department only one day prior and this may be cancelled even at the last minute due to various factors like weather and excessive rainfall, VVIP Movement, Animal Census. If the particular experience is not provided due to any of these factors the charges for the same will be refunded.
• Rooms/hotels are subjected to availability at the time of booking.
• AC will be switched off during an uphill ride for the vehicle to function properly.
• During the dry/winter season there may not be enough water in the waterfalls.
• Due to mountainous region, WIFI/ Mobile network has limited or no access in Dirang, Tawang, Bomdila, Cherrapunjee, Shillong.
• During rainy season in Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh, mobile network, WIFI, television signals may not work or might have limited access. Please inform the guest beforehand to avoid any later displeasure. •Powers supply cut during winters in Meghalaya/ Arunachal Pradesh is very frequent.
• Room Heaters are available in some of the properties in Arunachal Pradesh, usage to be paid directly.
• We will provide exclusive jeep safari. But elephant safari is not available on exclusive basis. Maximum 4 persons can accommodate in elephant seat, so if you book for 2 guest, other 2 guest will/may share the elephant.
• Elephant Ride in Kaziranga is conducted by the forest department in the two morning shifts. One Shift is 05:00 AM to 06:00 AM and the other shift is 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM. Elephant ride for foreigners only in Central range (Kohora).
• The jeep safari is conducted by the forest department in two different shifts. Morning Jeep Safari timing is between 07:00 AM to 09:30 AM. Afternoon Jeep safari timing is between 01:00 PM to 03 : 00 PM. Duration of safari will be maximum 2 hours. Jeep safari available in four range, i.e. 1. Kohora (Central) Range, 2. Bagori (Western) Range, 3. Agaratoli (Eastern) Range and 4. Burapahar (Ghorakati) Range
• Due to the pleasant climate of Meghalaya, not all the hotels are equipped with Air Conditioners. Kindly inform the guest beforehand.
